Lead UX Designer - Responsive Web HR Experience, Responsive Construction Quote Tool, and Android Tablet App for Drivers

The Project

I spent a total of five months working with Republic Services on various projects. Republic Services is the second largest waste management company in America.

The first six weeks I worked closely with a UI Designer and a Front-End Developer to create a responsive HR website to allow R.S. employees to view various company perks, as well as individual data.

The next eight weeks the same creative team built a standalone responsive website to allow Project Site Managers to get a quote for items needed at a construction site.

My last six weeks working with this client I designed a proof of concept that allowed waste management truck drivers to view their daily routine, report issues, and contact dispatch.

I was responsible for conducting business stakeholder interviews, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, creating user flows, interviewing end-users and designing wireframes for all of these projects.
