My Role

Lead Service Designer - Supply Chain Management Website POC

The Project

In 2022, I had the privilege to work with one of the leading Cell and Gene Therapy software providers in the world. I spent six weeks leading stakeholder and SME workshops to understand the complexity of supply chain management within Cell and Gene Therapy Development. In week 1 we honed in and defined the problem statement, then examined current Supply Chain Manager, Operations and Logistics workflows as well as the System Admin for the client and documented pain points and gaps in the current software and overall processes. Once we understood what needed to be solved, we spent the next few weeks ideating on ways to enhance the current solution and discussed reasons behind each idea.

I worked closely with my team; a visual designer and a team of 5 offshore developers to ensure we understood the current technology, branding needs, and innovating on what could be based on the client goals & requirements, budget and tech constraints.

I created five proto-personas and user journeys and wireframed and worked closely with a visual designer to create a high-fidelity prototype for the proof of concept. You can find examples of the personas and user journeys below, but the website designs cannot be shown at this time.
