The Project
I was the Lead UX Designer on a four week research project where I worked alongside a Customer Experience Specialist in March 2018. The goal of the project was to analyze their day-to-day activities and provide recommendations on various ways to enable them to be more efficient. We interviewed several Verizon Solution Specialists and then created personas, current and future state user journeys, and gave recommendations on streamlining their process on the POS, Quote tool, and Salesforce Lead Management Tool.
